oo1. Blood

Tobey had never seen so much blood.

Under ordinary circumstances, it probably wouldn’t have bothered him so much. He’d yell for help, he might have even tried giving assistance himself.

But this time…

Well, he couldn’t even move.

Instead, the people around him rushed around, screaming. Well-dressed students shouted and pushed each other out of the doors of the gymnasium, hoping to escape the destruction and carnage. Three other teenagers, decked out in two pretty dresses and one very expensive tux, ran towards the source of the blood as fast as they could – trying to get it to stop, trying to wake the girl it was coming from.

Trying with all their might to save the fragile life slipping away from them.

But Tobey couldn’t move.

He couldn’t breathe.

He couldn’t even remember his own name.

The small girl, under five feet tall, was lying broken on the wooden gymnasium floor. Her arms and legs were spread sporadically around her tiny body. Blood poured from every orifice of her face and torso, soaking the white dress she wore, turning it an ugly shade of scarlet.

Tobey took an awkward step backwards. He landed on the side of his foot, and he fell to the ground. He slid himself backwards as fast as possible, scrambling for grip.

Away from the best friend he was too scared to help.

Away from the girl he would never see smile again.

Away from the blood.


Thalia should already be aware of this scene, as it's from Tyko's fanfic.

Aw, geez, admittedly, I do know about this, and I don't know why but I never imagined it so.. so... disturbing. D: Probably because I don't like to think of it at all; because I don't know how it could ever be not disturbing.

I think you should just assume that I am getting goosebumps from all these. It's probably boring for you to read from me that I love your distraught horrific scenes to death (pun? *shot*). XD

I liked this story. That sounds so sadistic of me, but I really liked how it was written Alix. Everything was described so well, and I loved the part about Tyko's description. Her dress, the way she was sprawled on the gym floor. Weird of me, yes, but I still really enjoyed reading this! XD
